JXN's Historic Banner Hall Looks to Next Chapter

Jackson’s iconic Banner Hall, which has served as a community gathering spot for nearly 40 years, is experiencing a vibrant resurgence as one of the city’s coolest hangout spots thanks to the hard work of Jacksonians who want to see it thrive.

Jen and Doug Price, real estate advisors and owners of Pricepoint Real Estate—one of the hall's latest new tenants—have become key drivers of its growth and renewal.

"If you look at Jackson like any other city and see places like Banner Hall as comparable to buildings in downtown Nashville, Birmingham's Mountain Brook, or Midtown Atlanta, you can start to recognize the potential and positives it holds,” Doug said. “It’s just a small tweak in thinking—asking, 'Why not us?'"

Take a look at some of the new and exciting businesses that are planting their flag, as well as cherished favorites that will continue to inspire generations of shoppers. “When you're in Banner Hall, it feels like you're somewhere special,” Doug said. “It's meant to be a little escape—a place where you want to linger. That’s what we’re building toward."
