Science Fest - September 21 (LeFleur Museum District)

Bring your kids for a fun filled day of learning and exploration in STEM (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics) on September 21st. Science Fest will take place throughout the week of the 18th with various events taking place each day including: Scratch Day, Tech Summit, and a Coding Challenge. Tickets for the main event on Saturday the 21st are $10 and get you into all four museums in the LeFleur Museum District. Bright Lights - September 22 (Belhaven)

This all day FREE Festival takes place in the Belhaven and Belhaven Heights Neighborhoods and is a celebration of the artists and musicians that make the area unique. It’s Pride Y’all - September 27 (Downtown)

Jackson’s It’s Pride Y’all Fest takes place on Capitol Street and is a celebration of the city’s diversity with special guest appearances, live music, vendors, discussion panels, and more. Wells Fest - September 28 (Lakeland Dr - Jamie Fowler Boyll Park)

Wells Fest, a family friendly music festival benefitting local non-profits, has been bringing the community together for a good cause for 40 years. This FREE event kicks off with a pet parade before non-stop live music takes the stage from 10 am-4 pm. VibeFest JXN - October 26 (Midtown Arts District - Midtown Depot)

This art and music festival will feature eco-conscious artists, live demonstrations, and collaborative art pieces aimed at celebrating Jackson’s journey toward a sustainable future. Live music performances during the Jax-Zen Jam as well as activities such as yoga are scheduled for the fun-filled day committed to promoting healthy, sustainable lifestyles and increasing awareness of environmental, climate, and social justice.
