Get your lederhosen or dirndl ready: Oktoberfest festivities are around the corner at Fertile Ground's Brewery in Belhaven Town Center.

Fertile Ground Beer Co. Oktoberfest 2023
Fertile Ground welcomes back its two-day Oktoberfest event on Friday, October 20th, and Saturday, October 21st, kicking off with a ceremonial keg tapping. Make sure to grab an exclusive glass or ceramic stein as a memento and enjoy special pricing on their Märzen and Festbier brews throughout the weekend. Saturday starts with the inaugural Belhaven Hills Classic 8K Race sponsored by the JXN Trail Club at 9 a.m., followed by a Kid's Fun Run and an Adult’s Bier Mile. Stick around for live music and food trucks, and test your strength or stomach at the Stein Hoisting or Bratwurst Eating Competitions that afternoon.
Can't make it to Oktoberfest? There are still plenty of spots to sit and enjoy or pick up a taste of Fall.
Urban Foxes
Apart from their scratch-made pastries, pies, and coffee, Urban Foxes also offers several autumnal beer selections, including Vicksburg-based Key City Brewing Co.'s Prost! Märzenbier and Moon Child Oatmeal Stout, and Fertile Ground's Oktoberfest (on draft).
The Pig & Pint
