Fertile Ground Beer Co. is a vibrant and inviting brewery, carefully crafted to serve the community, seven days a week.

Four core beers are always on tap along with seasonal rotations of varied styles. Fertile Ground also just announced that they will be the home of Colson's Beer, brewing and serving the Jackson original.

A meeting room that seats 45 seated (with AV and beer taps) is available for rent. An outside patio features benches from a beer garden in Germany, a giant Connect Four and corn hole. The brewery hosts regular events like Lagers and Joggers, Pints and Poses and live music.

The brewery is family-friendly though you must be 21 to drink. While you are not allowed to bring in outside alcohol, outside food is welcomed from Belhaven Town Center neighbors Elvie's and Pulito Osteria, along with any other outside food ("bring a picnic" says Fertile Ground's Matt Jeffries).

Fertile Ground is located in the Belhaven Town Center and serves as the anchor tenant of a larger revitalization effort that has been in the works for several years in the historic Belhaven neighborhood. The building, which had been operating as a laundry facility for Baptist Hospital, has been renovated from top to bottom and includes indoor and outdoor communal space, a restaurant, offices, and retail space. The brewery hosted its Grand Opening in the Spring of 2022.
