La Brioche Patiserrie

La Brioche began as a dream by two sisters to share artisanal pastires with Jackson, Mississippi.

That's exactly what we did when we opened the Patisserie in Fondren in 2014.

Over the years, we have changed our product line, moved locations, and opened and closed several storefronts and pop-up shops. Through it all, we've stuck to our original mission of creating high quality, unique pastries, and we're not stopping anytime soon.

In our Fondren storefront, you felt as if you were transported to another place when you walked in. Despite moving to a new location after the global pandemic, we managed to capture that same feeling again. Even though the closing of Cultivation Food Hall forced us to prematurely close our doors once again, we have every intention of continuing to serve our incredibly supportive customer base.

You can order La Brioche Patisserie online at labriochems.com and pick up at our commercial kitchen (basement of Fondren Corner - southwest side near parking deck entrance ramp).

We are also partnering with local retailers - like Campbell's Bakery) to bring the best of La Brioche to your neighborhoods. Also, very soon all of our products will be available for online ordering. In addition, all packaged items can always be found at sparkconfectionary.com.

We cannot thank the people of Jackson enough for your love and support through the years. Without it, we would have thrown in the towel a long time ago.
