Located on Ridgewood Road in Jackson, Scrooge’s Restaurant and Pub has been serving the Jackson area for several years, and there’s a reason why the locals keep going back for more time after time. Seafood is, of course, very popular throughout our state, and Scrooge’s also offers Fried Oysters, a Shrimp Plate, and Catfish for those that are looking for seafood. Diners can also find a ribeye, tenderloin filet, chicken or shrimp pasta, and 8-inch pizzas to share or eat on your own. Blue plates are also available at Scrooge’s, and they include Hamburger Steak, Chicken Fried Steak, and a Chicken Breast. Daily lunch specials are also a part of the menu, and each day offers a different Southern plate lunch. Each special comes with a main entree, choice of two sides, and your choice of a cheese biscuit, cornbread, or hush puppies.
