Wing Mouth, founded by veteran restaurateur George Gillespie and his wife Ann Elizabeth, offers a streamlined menu that focuses on doing three things exceptionally well.

Drawing from his extensive experience, including eight years as pit master at The Pig & Pint, George has developed a lineup of house-made sauces that set Wing Mouth apart. Fan favorites include their signature garlic Parmesan, honey bourbon barbecue, classic Buffalo, and Asian sweet chili – each sauce crafted through careful experimentation and years of culinary expertise.

This fast-casual spot may be compact, but it's designed for seamless integration with the Belhaven Town Center experience. While Wing Mouth doesn't offer indoor seating, guests can enjoy their meals throughout the center's outdoor spaces or take their orders to neighboring Fertile Ground Beer Co. The restaurant perfectly complements the center's existing offerings, filling a niche for quick, quality fare without competing with nearby establishments.

Hungry visitors can find Wing Mouth open Tuesday through Friday from 11:00 AM to 2:30 PM and 4:30 PM to 9:00 PM, Saturdays from 11:00 AM until close, and Sundays from noon to 4:00 PM. Orders can be placed through Toast Tab for convenient pickup, with delivery options coming soon through major platforms.
