Mississippi Junior College/Postgrad Jamboree

Overview

We will be bringing in NJCAA member institutions to compete against our schools in front of college coaches from every level and across the country, starting with the four-year schools located here in Mississippi. There are schools in our conference for various reasons that are not connected to these events and coaches, and their student athletes suffer from those lost connections. This event will serve to connect our student athletes to college coaches to be recruited. With our experience and contacts, the exposure for our student athletes will be tremendous!

Community Impact

With 15 schools in Region XXIII, every school can carry up to 12 in-state student athletes per roster, that is 180 student athletes. For some family members and friends, this may be the only time during the season to attend a game. It being a weekend event, it would provide an opportunity for the community, friends, and former coaches of the student athletes, to also attend, which will provide an awesome family atmosphere.
