Overview

Join MDWFP biologist Keith Meals as we explore changes over time in crappie fishing technology, methodology, and shifting desires and expectations for anglers, as well as reservoir aging and water management regimes. Impacts and trends will be shown in angler affluence, tournaments, and traditional and social media.

All these topics will be discussed within the context of MDWFP fish, angler, and habitat sampling and regulation recommendations.
