Jackson Indie Music Week (JIMWeek) is back, and submissions open on Sunday, September 1. We’re seeking innovative, crowd-catching sounds from across the nation to take the stage at this year’s event.

“JIMWeek has been a launchpad for countless artists, showcasing Mississippi’s talent and giving the world a taste of the ‘Birthplace of America’s Music,’” said Donyale Walls, JIMWeek festival director. “I’m thrilled to bring it back in 2025 and continue expanding Jackson’s live music scene.”

More than just a festival, JIMWeek is a movement rooted in Mississippi’s rich musical heritage. From lyrical geniuses to grunge rock bands, JIMWeek 2025—moving to March 30 - April 5— is the place to be heard.
