Jackson's hotels and meeting venues are committed to providing a safe and healthy atmosphere for guests and conference attendees while following CDC recommendations and guidelines to combat COVID-19. 

This effort includes posted signage throughout properties, reminding guests to wear face coverings and practice social distancing. Proper floor markings, conference tables and chairs spaced accordingly and venues operating at a reduced capacity assure the mandated six-foot distance.

Increased frequency of sanitizing common areas, coupled with all conference rooms cleaned during breaks and after meetings, is paramount. 

Hotel and venue staff and personnel receive temperature checks at the start of their shift, and they, too, are required to wear proper face coverings. Hand sanitizing stations are in place and many venues with restaurants have implemented additional policies to ensure the health of guests and staff.
